7/5 - New Additions to Friday EXPO!
Once again, our friends at Sports Basement Santa Rosa have outdone themselves. Again this year, they will be supporting PADDLEBOARDING (4-6 - sign up here) and NEW! YOGA (4:30 and 5 - sign up here.) They also will be hosting the bike mechanic station. ALSO! Our friends at the Institute for Health and Healing will be offering ear acupuncture from 4-6PM.
6/14 - Course Preview! Join us on Saturday, June 29 for preview of the 2019 Course. We will start
with the swim at 7:30 am, move to the bike at 8:15, then to the run at 9:30. At Healdsburg Veterans Memorial Beach (13839 Old Redwood Hwy, Healdsburg, CA 95448)
5/8 - We are proud to announce that Hotel Trio in Healdsburg will be our official race hotel. We have negotiated a special rate for our athletes during this peak season time period. 4/25 - Announcing Sonoma Women's Triathlon Tips! This is a 12-week program that introduces a different aspect of triathlon training and performance, as well as some helpful pointers about the SWT Course. It's free and comes to your email-box each week. Sign up here.
12/7 - Registration is OPEN! Sorry, we're a little behind schedule. But registration is now open!
10/26 - 2019 Race Date! We're happy to announce that we are back for another year, and a week earlier to give us better water and a little distance from Ironman 70.3. So join us on July 13, 2019! Registration opens November 1.
